Choosing the right chiropractor is an important decision. Whether your health goals are relief care, corrective care, sports performance or wellness care; my goal is to ensure that I go above and beyond your expectations to consistently provide you with the best possible care in order to encourage optimal function. I will take the time to get to know you and focus on any concerns you have to make sure you completely understand our treatment plan. I am a Cedar Rapids native and graduated Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2008. I earned my bachelors degree with honors at Western State College of Colorado in Professional Biology: Pre-Med emphasis and a minor in Chemistry. I received my A.A. from Kirkwood Community College. I graduated from Cedar Rapids Kennedy High School in 1988. In high school I was involved in many sports including football, basketball, track and competition water/snow skiing. I am a member of the Iowa Chiropractic Society (ICS) and American Chiropractic Association and Vice President of the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City District of the ICS. I am a Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner (C.C.E.P) and utilize this in conjunction with active care and other aspects of a solid rehabilitative program. I am also in process of recieving my Chiropractic Sports Physician certification (C.C.S.P.). The techniques I practice are Palmer Package including Gonstead, Diversified, Thompson and some activator. I volunteer my time when possible with the following organizations within our community; Mt. Mercy University Athletics, His Hands Free Medical Clinic, Kids Against Hunger, and Big Brother and Big Sisters. I also provide free corporate wellness lectures to any business looking for ways to help improve the health of their employees. I am a member of the Daybreak Rotary in Cedar Rapids and the Cedar Rapids Chamber of Commerce. I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my son and watching him grow and participate in sports and other activities. In my free time I like to water/snow ski and play golf.
I truly look forward to meeting and serving you and your health care needs.
